Interior bra is a simple shelf bra (no padding) basically an interior lining with elastic that helps shape...only light support (see last black/white photo example of shelf--although top is not that fitted). Racer back for complete range of movement. Great for gentle workouts or lounging. 90/10 organic cotton/spandex.
